          Document Checklist to Become a Partner Vendor

          In order to make the process smooth, make sure you have all the documents and licenses ready with you for a quick verification process during your registration with Kimbosabe.

           

          1.Certificate of Registration:  Each store has a unique certificate of registration. It must clearly show the Company Name and Company Number.

          2. Shop Licenses – If you own a store, there are significant licenses required that you must have. This further authenticates the presence of your restaurant. 

          3. Owner’s identification proof – As a store owner, you must have all the necessary documents like your Proof of ID (Passport, Australia Birth Certificate). Must be a government-issued identity document that is distributed and recognized by the country where you are a citizen or resident.

          The passport or birth certificate must clearly show:

          • Legal given names (first name and any middle names)
          • Surname
          • Birth country
          • Birth state
          • Birth city
          • Gender
          • Date of birth

           

           National ID card

           

          • Must be a government-issued identity card that is distributed and recognized by the country where you are a citizen or resident.
          • Scan the original document in colour or take a picture using your mobile device. Do not submit a screenshot. Black and white copies are not accepted.
          • Copies should be legible. The document image must be high quality, coloured and unobstructed. The image must show a full document page or in case of national ID, both sides of the card.
          • For multi-page files (for example both sides of the ID card), please merge the separate documents or images into one file.
          • The document should not be expired.
          • Your identity document must be in one of the following languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, or Spanish. If it is not in one of these languages, provide a copy of your passport or a notarized translation of your document in one of these languages.
          • The document should be less than 10MB in size.
          • Accepted formats are *.png, *.tiff, *.tif, *.jpg, *.jpeg, and *.pdf. Do not include special characters in the file name (Examples: $, &, #).

           

          4. GST number (If applicable) – Each store has a unique Goods and Service Tax number. 

          5. Business Bank Account Details – Make sure you provide your business bank account details.

           

          6. Business Account statements

           

          • The name of the point of contact or company mentioned on the statement should either match the point of a contact name or business name provided during registration.
          • You can hide the currency amount, but the document must remain intact and other information clearly visible.
          • Scan the original document in colour or take a picture using your mobile device. Do not submit a screenshot.
          • The document should be easily readable and must have been issued within the past 90 days. Documents must not be password protected
          • Please do not provide a photo of your credit card or debit card.
          • Your document must be in one of the following languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, or Spanish. If it is not in one of these languages, provide a notarized translation of your document into one of these supported languages.
          • The document should be less than 10MB in size.
          • Accepted formats are *.png, *.tiff, *.tif, *.jpg, *.jpeg, and *.pdf. Do not include special characters in the file name (Examples: $, &, #).
